MCU chairman, Alan Salsac is backing this one.
It has no democratic mandate and is losing members. Both
remaining members owe money to the Junior Chess Bank account
for cheques they allowed expire.
Mr Salsac is not new to controversy, having turned up in Munster
Chess in 2013. He told people he had retired (about age 50) and
was getting money from Mauritius.
He has been invited to comment on two links about an individual
with the same name ....

Comments: with only two members, this MJCC does not have
enough people for a quorum to even hold a meeting. They were
asked to join the MJCC in 2013 (three years ago) and have NEVER
had an AGM, or election since.
